Shipping:

M1 Militaria we strongly believe that the service we offer doesn't just stop just at offering great products & customer service, it's also very important to us to offer the best shipping service available to our customers all over the world. We use four main companies for our deliveries: Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS & FedEx, all parcels are insured to their full value and we use tracked services. The delivery services we offer can be broken down into sections below:

UK Mainland & Highlands & Islands:

For all small items we use Royal Mail's "Recorded Delivery" & "Registered Delivery" services.

We use Parcel Force & UPS couriers for all the larger parcels or high value items for the UK Mainland/Highlands & Islands, and we have found Parcel Force & UPS to be the best couriers available within the UK.

Europe:

For larger parcels and parcels of higher value we use UPS & FedEx, typical delivery times for Europe using these couriers are 4-6 working days.

For smaller low cost items we use the Royal Mail's "International Signed For" service.

America, Canada, Japan & all other International Countries:

For larger parcels and parcels of higher value we use UPS & FedEx, typical delivery times for International parcels are 5-10 working days.

For smaller low cost items we use the Royal Mail's "International Signed For" service.

Please note:

For all International deliveries we do ask that you check with your customs & import policies/law with regards to items like "knifes/swords & guns". M1 Militaria will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed or seized through customs. Nor are responsible for additional import fees.

Payments:

Debit Cards & Credit Cards: Starting in November 2020 we are now accepting payments by debit cards & credit cards through the website, we use the company Worldpay who are market leaders in payment processing. We can also send payment invoices via email to be paid by credit/debit card.

PayPal: PayPal is currently accepted through the website. We can aslo send PayPal payment invoices via email.

Bank Transfers: We can also accept payment by bank transfer, if you with to pay by bank transfer please email us for our banking details.

Cheques: We can accept payment by cheque for UK customers only, please email us if you with to pay by cheque.

Cash: We can accept payment by cash, if sending cash please use a registered postal service, and please email us before sending cash so we can confirm a total price including any shipping costs.
