A genuine U.S. Vietnam War era jungle first aid pouch as used by the USMC. This pouch was made from water repellent and mildew resistant cotton duck dyed OD7, it attaches to a belt via the double hook hanger to the back, with eyelets to the bottom for additional equipment. Dated 1967.
