A genuine U.S. M1967 transitional canteen cover. This was the last of the M67 covers (3rd pattern) before the LC-1 variant was used. Very similar to the previous M67 covers but with metal snap fasteners, reinforced webbing & drainage hole.  In very good condition, has DSA (Defense Supply Agency) contract number and is dated 1973, was made by Lighthouse for the Blind.
