A genuine U.S. M1 helmet, liner and Mitchell cover that has been dressed to appear what a USMC M1 helmet would look like during the Vietnam War. The genuine U.S. Mitchell cover has a DSA contract number and is dated 1973, around the outside of the cover is a genuine period correct black rubber headband made from a tyre inner tube, on either side of the headband is a genuine period correct U.S. C-Ration toilet paper, and a genuine period correct U.S. C-Ration matchbook.
