An excellent example of a genuine U.S. M-1951 field jacket. This OG107 jacket replaced the M-1943 jacket with an improved design featuring a zipper and snap fasteners, it has button cuffs, a pointed collar that can be adjusted to keep the neck warm. All the buttons are present with a fully working Conmar zipper, both draw cords are present. The jacket has a U.S. Army tape patch and Airborne jump wings patches to the chest, an Airborne Aviation School patch to left shoulder, and two Specialists E-4 rank insignias, all the patches shows shrinkage indicating the patches are period to the jacket. It's in excellent condition and retains the original white manufacture labels and is sized Regular-Medium, with a contract number 7109 that dates it to late 1964 to early 1965 that would have been the last contract date before the release of the M65 jacket.

Additional size information: Armpit to armpit: 21½" (up to 43" chest). Shoulder to shoulder: 19". Length from shoulder to bottom: 31½". Armpit to cuff: 19".
