Genuine U.S. Army Vietnam War era issued M1956 universal ammunition pouch 2nd pattern. Webbing & grenade straps has been deliberately removed to prevent snagging while being used as an additional ammo pouch, with slide keepers/Alice clips to back. DSA (Defense Supply Agency) contract markings on the inside and dated 1962.
