A genuine U.S. Air Force M1 helmet liner used at Goodfellow Air Force Base. Goodfellow Air Force Base is a nonflying United States Air Force base located in San Angelo, Texas, United States. As part of Air Education and Training Command, Goodfellow's main mission is cryptologic and intelligence training for the Air Force, Space Force, Army, Coast Guard, Navy, and Marine Corps. This vintage M1 helmet liner features two Goodfellow AFB decals on the left and right side and has been painted white, on the front is a 1960's U.S. Air Force badge, webbing is in good shape and comes with a genuine U.S. sweatband, the liner was made by Marmac and has a DSA (Defense Supply Agency) contract number: DSA-1-4563 indicating this liner was made in 1964.
