It was one of several air bases built and used by the United States Air Force, Navy & Army during the Vietnam War. This white leather pocket hanger features a brass triangular badge with enamel design for the Cam Ranh Bay Vietnam Naval Air Facility with text surrounding the edge. Scarce item.
