A genuine World War 1 & WW2 U.S. Army M1918 Colt 45 M1911 magazine pouch. This pouch was designed to hold two Colt .45 magazines, tan OD3, inside of belt loop has a press stud to fit the M1912 pistol belt. It was made by Mills with vivid makers marks and is dated October 1918, unissued.
