A genuine U.S. Vietnam War era tropical combat jacket. This 5th pattern cotton RipStop Poplin hot weather jacket. Has a faded name & U.S. Army branch tape patches to chest, above that an ARVN Ranger qualification patch, and a senior parachutists patch, on the shoulder sleeve is a Airborne & MACV (Military Assistance Command Vietnam) subdued patches, all the patches are genuine and have been added to the jacket post-war with exception to the tape patches. Issued with typical wear marks, bottom right front of jacket has a tear (as pictured) that is covered by the right side when worn, small hole to back middle far right (as pictured). Retains the original manufactures care label and size label, size Small-Short, has a DSA (Defense Supply Agency) contract number and is dated 1970, was made by Macshore Classics Inc.
