A good example of a genuine U.S. Army issued Vietnam War era ERDL (Engineer Research and Development Laboratory) USMC tropical jungle jacket, this 5th pattern cotton RipStop Poplin hot weather jacket features brown dominant 'Highland' leaf pattern camouflage. Has a couple of small field repairs. Heavily patched jacket, the chest has name/branch, master paratrooper wings & CIB infantryman award tape patches, these patches are genuine U.S. period correct, the shoulder sleeve Airborne and Ranger patches & collar patches are genuine U.S. post-Vietnam era. Retains the manufactures size (Medium-Short) and care labels, was made by Richard Wynn Enterprises Inc USA, has a DSA (Defense Supply Agency) contract number and is dated 1969.
