A genuine U.S. DH-132 CVC (Combat Vehicle Crewman) helmet used by the army & Marines. The DH-132 was first introduced into service by the U.S. in 1973 and replaced the T-56-6 CVC helmet. The shell was made by Gentex USA and retains some of its original manufactures label, the shells contract two digit code is 88 for 1988 manufacturing date. The shell has been painted in mottled sand colour camouflage as typically used in the Iraq & Afghanistan wars. The helmet is complete with both MK 1697 headphones and microphone made by Specialty Plastic Products, and has the attachment cable to connect to the vehicles communication system, the liner is made by Specialty Plastic Products with a DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) contract number and dated 1988, the liner is complete with rear helmet attachment, two front helmet attachments and an adjustable chin strap. Sized Medium. A nice complete CVC helmet that's in very good issued condition.
