A genuine U.S. PASGT (Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops) ballistic combat helmet, often referred to by the U.S. troops as 'The Kevlar' or 'The K-pot', it features a shell made from 19 layers of ballistic fabric Kevlar treated with a phenolic resin system and is rated at a Threat Level IIIA offering protection against shrapnel & ballistic threats. As used by the U.S. troops in the Iraq & Afghanistan wars. This helmet is in excellent condition and is in a size small, it retains its original webbing and chin strap & original U.S. sweatband/headband, was manufactured in late 1988. Helmet comes with a genuine U.S. PASGT helmet cover in M81 Woodland camouflage. With DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) contract number and dated 1985.
