A genuine U.S. PASGT (Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops) ballistic combat helmet, often referred to by the U.S. troops as 'The Kevlar' or 'The K-pot', it features a shell made from 19 layers of ballistic fabric Kevlar treated with a phenolic resin system and is rated at a Threat Level IIIA offering protection against shrapnel & ballistic threats. As used by the U.S. troops in the Iraq & Afghanistan wars. This helmet is in excellent condition and is in a size medium, it retains its original webbing and chin strap & original U.S. sweatband/headband, was manufactured in late 1980's. Helmet comes with a genuine U.S. PASGT helmet cover in six-colour camouflage as used in the 1990-91 Gulf War. The camouflage was nicknamed chocolate-chip as it resembles cookie dough, in excellent condition with DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) contract number and dated 1991, medium-large size. Also comes with genuine U.S. Army sun, wind & dust goggles dated 1974 with spare gray lenses.
