A genuine World War 1 British Army Verner's Mk VII service pattern prismatic marching compass, this quality compass would have been made between 1914-1917, it has no makers marks and would have been a private purchase by an officer, something of this quality would have been made by one of the leading scientific instrument makers like Elliott Bros or J. H. Steward ect. It's in working order and in good issued condition. Comes with its original leather compass case with belt loop and carry strap as pictured.
