A genuine issued U.S. Army CSG (Civilian Support Group) M1 helmet liner, this liner would have been used as a helmet, it's a mid 60's to early 70's apple green P64 liner that has been painted black, and has white 'CSG' letters to the side, along with the American stars and stripes shield to front, comes with a U.S. 1983 dated sweatband/headband. Most probably would have been used in part of the 'Reforger' exercise in West Germany.
