A genuine U.S. Korean War/Vietnam War era RT-159B/URC-4 Survival Radio Receiver Transmitter. The radio transmits on either 121.5 or 243 MHz and uses vacuum tubes. It comes with an original U.S. BA-1264/U battery. The radio was developed in 1952 for the Korean War, as with many other items made during this time it was re-issued during the Vietnam War. It was primarily employed by the US Air Force and US navy.
